Privacy Policy

VibeSmith is a Solana-based meme coin creation and community intelligence platform. We provide tools for launching SPL tokens, generating marketing content, and tracking on-chain momentum. By using VibeSmith (the website, Telegram bot, or API), you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Wallet address. When you connect a wallet and forge a token, we record your public Solana wallet address. This is public on the blockchain and is used to attribute your launches and verify signatures.

Token metadata. Name, ticker, description, and image you provide during launch. This is stored in our database and on IPFS (permanent and public).

Telegram ID. If you use the VibeSmith Telegram bot and set a whale alert, we store your Telegram user ID, the token address, and the threshold you configured. We never store your Telegram username or phone number.

Usage data. We log API requests for rate limiting and debugging. These are not linked to personally identifiable information beyond your wallet address where authentication is required.

We do not collect:

• Email addresses
• Private keys or wallet seed phrases — never, under any circumstances
• Device fingerprints or cross-site tracking cookies
• Real name, nationality, or KYC information

Your data is used solely to:

• Record and display token launches in the public Forge Ledger
• Compute and display Vibe Scores based on on-chain metrics
• Send whale alert notifications to your Telegram ID (only if you configured an alert)
• Display creator profiles and leaderboards
• Prevent API abuse via rate limiting

We do not sell, rent, or broker your data to third parties.

We use these third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase — database hosting
• Pinata / IPFS — permanent decentralized storage for images and metadata
• Helius — Solana RPC and on-chain event webhooks
• Telegram — bot messaging (governed by Telegram's own Privacy Policy)
• Anthropic / xAI — AI content generation (token metadata sent in prompts)

Do not include sensitive personal information in token names or descriptions, as this content may be sent to AI providers for raid kit generation.

All token creation transactions are permanently recorded on the Solana blockchain. This includes your wallet address, token mint address, and transaction signatures. Blockchain data is public, immutable, and outside our control.

Launch records, vibe scores, and raid logs are retained indefinitely as part of the public Forge Ledger. Whale alerts can be removed by messaging the bot or contacting us. Creator profile display data (name, bio) can be updated at any time via the API.

We use Supabase Row Level Security, server-side API keys, and Solana signature verification to authenticate write operations. No credentials are exposed client-side.

Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure. Use VibeSmith at your own risk.
