Terms of Service

By accessing or using VibeSmith (the website at vibesmith.xyz, the Telegram bot @VibeSmithBot, or any associated APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

VibeSmith provides:

• Solana SPL token creation tools
• AI-generated community marketing content (raid kits)
• On-chain momentum scoring (Vibe Score)
• Telegram bot intelligence layer
• Whale alert notifications

These services are provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of scores, or the commercial success of any token created through our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use VibeSmith. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that use of the platform is legal in your jurisdiction.

Residents of countries where cryptocurrency services are prohibited (including but not limited to OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions) are not permitted to use VibeSmith.

You agree not to use VibeSmith to:

• Create tokens with the intent to defraud, rug-pull, or harm other participants
• Generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or harassing
• Impersonate other projects, teams, or individuals
• Exploit rate limits or attempt to circumvent platform security
• Launch tokens that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Use the platform to launder proceeds of crime

Violation of these rules may result in your wallet address being blocked from the platform.

When you forge a token through VibeSmith, you are the sole creator and owner of that token. VibeSmith does not take any ownership stake, royalty, or fee from the token itself.

You are responsible for ensuring your token complies with applicable laws. VibeSmith automatically revokes mint and freeze authorities as part of the launch process, but this does not guarantee regulatory compliance.

Token metadata uploaded to IPFS is permanent and cannot be deleted. Choose token names, descriptions, and images carefully.

Vibe Scores are algorithmic estimates of token momentum based on publicly available on-chain data. They are not financial advice and should not be interpreted as endorsements or recommendations.

Scores are updated periodically and may lag real-time conditions. VibeSmith is not liable for decisions made based on Vibe Score data.

Raid kits and marketing content are generated by AI models. This content may be inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before distribution.

VibeSmith does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

Nothing on VibeSmith constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Vibe Score, trust signals, whale alerts, and other platform features are informational tools only. Always conduct your own research before making any financial decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeSmith and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from token trading.

You use VibeSmith entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, to the extent permitted by law.
